Structure Pigment Pencils. These hair colour pencils are a stroke of genius! PIGMENT PENCILS glide effortlessly over hair strands to deposit vibrant, statement-making pops of colour. Can be used on all hair types; will have less longevity on coarse, dry, damaged hair. Colour appears on both light and dark hair, however, it is most visible on lighter hair. Colour washes out after one or two shampoo.
Directions:
