Before shampoo:
Apply to dry hair and leave as long as your hair needs; from 5 minutes for instant-miracle nourishment to overnight for deep nutrition, then thoroughly rinse. In the shower: Apply after shampooing along the length of wet hair, leave for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
As a leave-in treatment:
Apply a 20 cent piece amount along the length of dry hair before styling or throughout the day.
